Austin Winters Anderson was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Austin earned his Bachelors of Arts degree with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2000. In 2003, he received his law degree from St. Mary's School of Law where he was in the Order of the Barristers and was the recipient of the Outstanding Mock Trial Award. Austin received his Masters of Law, Trial Advocacy degree from California Western in 2005. Mr. Anderson then joined the Federal Public Defender's office for the Northern District of Texas. He moved to Corpus Christi in 2005 and worked for the Nueces County District Attorney's office. In 2006, Austin joined Watts Law Firm, L.L.P. where his practice focuses primarily on pharmaceutical drug litigation, medical device litigation and personal injury litigation. Austin is licensed to practice in the state courts of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).
