WLF Leading Prosecution of Deadly Aerosol
Product Case

Watts Law Firm, L.L.P. is leading the prosecution of approximately 200 cases across the country against Home Depot and the manufacturers of an aerosol grout sealing product named Stand 'n Seal. Home Depot was the exclusive seller of the defective batches of this product, which was manufactured by Roanoke Companies, Inc., Aerofil Technologies, Inc. and a few other corporations. The injuries caused by the product range from lung irritation to death. Many of the people injured have permanent lung damage. Almost all of the cases are presently consolidated for pre-trial discovery before the Honorable Thomas R. Thrash, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division.
